"Contact Us" Response Time

I want to purchase malwarebytes software but had a question first. I've used the "Contact Us" link in the Customer Support section but have not received a response for a couple days - which could just mean they don't work the weekends. Does anyone know what the typical response time is? How long I should wait before trying again? or better yet, a phone number I can call to get my questions answered?

It is quite possible that its the weekend, or they may have replied as well but your spam filter may have caught the reply. That being said....

Please fill out the form on the forum again and make sure that spam filtering is set to allow email from Malwarebytes.org
