Computer seems infected... Please help. (Log attached)

My computer has suddenly slowed to almost a hault. Nothing is loading and pages aren't directing like they should. Seems like a virus. The (Not Responding) alert keeps closing my anti-virus programs and many other programs also. Maybe a trojan or keylogger... or something because my typing is lagged suddenly now...When trying to update SUPER AntiSpyware, it opened a strange new updater, and tried to download an .exe file and claimed the update from back in 2008. The program was up to date last week. Also Malwarebytes, upon start had been completely removed and I had to reinstall it. None of these programs are detecting anything strange, but something seems odd with them. AVG, says that there are a few rootkits showing up, however after I remove them/restart the system... they are still there. So now I downloaded HijackThis. Something is suspicious... someone with more technology information please help. Thank You.
