Infected And Need Help -Log Attached

I cannot open internet explorer and when I click on google search it redirects me to various unrelated websites to the search link - bizsearch, etc sites.

I cannot also connect to update malwarebytes, mcaffee, and others.

I have run malwarebytes and search and detroy spybot and removed infected files but I still have the same problems.
