After updates on Feb 2, freezing.....

From support:

I have been using your program for several months and have had no problems. I updated your program today, and proceeded to run a full scan. After starting the scan, I left my system as I usually do to take care of other things while it runs. I came back to check 30 minutes later, and all I saw was a white screen where the scan should have been running. I tried to close the program, but it would not close, so I had to reboot. I tried to run the scan once again after rebooting, but ended up with the same whited out box. As I stated earlier, I've had no problems with your system until updating and running it today.
Only did database updates, not version. No other software\hardware added. System scanned clean before this and by other sec-ware.

We had 4 updates on the day he updated:


Reinstalled, cleaned out -reinstalled same thing.
