Is install_reader10_en_mssd_aih.exe safe

I have used the malwarebytes and avast and avast cannot scan several files with the following file names:

install_reader10_en_mssd_aih.exe|>_css\default.css

install_reader10_en_mssd_aih.exe|>_css\openx.css

install_reader10_en_mssd_aih.exe|>_host\app.js

install_reader10_en_mssd_aih.exe|>_host\bundleloader.js

A host of other extensions with the same first part of

install_reader10_en_mssd_aih.exe

Also actionairruntimeexists.js

actionlaunchchrome.js

actionsregistryvaluecheck.js

Just curious if these are safe or not.
