Smart Fortress 2012 removal not working

I tried the chamelion removal but smart fortress blocks ir from starting with a popup that says"firefox.com" is infected with "C2.Lop" a What else can I do ?

Please try rebooting the system and then trying to run firefox.com again along with the other Chameleon executables. Some rogues, like Smart Fortress 2012, will occasionally block things that they normally would not (I've seen this same behavior which you describe with every rogue in this particular family, they're kind of hit and miss).

If that does not resolve it, then please try some of the other methods described here, in particular, the guide on running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from Safe Mode with Networking as that may also work, though that method should be tried last.
