Download DDS and save it to your desktop from http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/dds here or http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr or

http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds

Disable any script blocker if your antivirus/antimalware has it.

Then Right click dds.scr to run the tool and select Run as Administrator

DDS will run in a command prompt window and will take 3 to 4 minutes or so.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
• DDS.txt
• Attach.txt
• Save both reports to your desktop.

Please Copy & Paste the following logs in your next reply:

DDS.txt

Thank you for your reply, however I have resolved the issue couple weeks ago. I ran combofix and followed instructions from another thread and also did registry wipe for Mozilla Firefox. That resolved the issue.

Thank you for replying. I'll close this topic.

For benefit of all readers, Combofix should only be used when guided by a trained malware removal helper. Not on your own.

Otherwise you run the risk of turning your pc into a non-bootable one.

Registries should not be modified unless you are sure of what your are doing.
