exile360 Posted April 2, 2012 ID:539118 Share Posted April 2, 2012 Greetings That message indicates that someone has set up a password to protect against modifying the settings of the program.If you do not know the password, then the only way to remove/reset it would be to perform a clean uninstallation/reinstallation of the program:Download and run mbam-clean.exe from here It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so very importantAfter the computer restarts, install the latest version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from hereNote: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent via email if using the Pro versionLaunch the program and set the Protection and Registration.
