Missing Icons, Programs + Pop Ups - Whats going on?

Symnatec warned me about a a Trojan.Gen.2 I saved what I was working on and my computer went to hell. I restarted and am missing shortcuts for the majority of the programs on my desktop and almost everything in the Start menu.

I downloaded Bitdefender and it removed 1 item.

I am in the process of running Malwarbytes deep scan right now. It has currently found 3 items.

I keep getting a Malwarebytes pop up that is blocking an IP address type outgoing.

Is there anything else I should be doing?

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
