Strange things are happening, like someone can see my computer

I'm trying to make sure my computer is safe. In a little over a week, someone has uploaded malicious shell scripts to my files and my customers files, 4 times on servers with 3 different companies.

I change my password and they have the new one. The passwords were sent to me by email. I have paid to have my computer checked by 2 different companies, ATT Advanced Team and McAffee Paid Service, and they can't find anything.

I use gmail and it looked like someone was looking at my mail around every 1/2 hour from my IP. I watched my gmail log in by itself as I was talking on the phone, and said it was open in another session using my IP. I closed it and then it looked like my computer was trying to connect to a network.

I was working on someones virtual server, thurs night and then monday night. Both times It closed due to a "Brute Force Attack". It is strange that it's both times I am logged in adding accounts It makes you feel like someone is watching you. Or this could be completely unrelated.

A friend told me to run Hijack this and send the log to you and you might be able to help. Thank you in advance.

Please download to your Desktop:

• TDSSKiller.zip from here and extract it (right click on it => "Extract here").
  

>>> TDSSKiller: Double-click on TDSSKiller.exe to run the application.

• Click on the Start Scan button and wait for the scan and disinfection process to be over.
  
• If an infected file is detected, the default action will be Cure, click on Continue
  
• If a suspicious file is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue
  
• If you are asked to reboot the computer to complete the process, click on the Reboot Now button. A report will be automatically saved at the root of the System drive ((usually C:\) in the form of "TDSSKiller.[Version]_[Date]_[Time]_log.txt" (for example, C:\TDSSKiller.2.2.0_20.12.2009_15.31.43_log.txt). Please copy and paste the contents of that file here.
  
• If no reboot is required, click on Report. A log file will appear. Please copy and paste the contents of that file in your next reply.
  

In your next reply, please include the following (you may need to use two posts to get it all in):
