I don't understand why this site is being blocked

I originally posted this in the general forum and it was suggested that I post it here.

I am trying to access a site that belongs to a good friend of mine and Malwarebytes is blocking access. I see the following in the logs:

2012/03/26 09:00:54 -0700 **** IP-BLOCK 66.45.243.174 (Type: outgoing, Port: 53464, Process: iexplore.exe)

2012/03/26 09:00:54 -0700 **** IP-BLOCK 66.45.243.174 (Type: outgoing, Port: 53465, Process: iexplore.exe)

2012/03/26 09:00:54 -0700 **** IP-BLOCK 66.45.243.174 (Type: outgoing, Port: 53466, Process: iexplore.exe)

I do find it a little unusual that IE is attempting to access those ports, is that normal and is that the issue?

This will be unblocked on the next update (the block was due to a plethora of malware across a significant number of IPs with no reply from the host).
