Silent run with log file

Is there a way to get a silent run to leave a log file saved somewhere? I currently run this command:

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe /minimized /quickscanterminate

I would like to be able to read in the data from a log file. We currently use Kaseya to remotely manage a few hundred machines and I would like to do some reporting on the log files but I don't seem to be able to find them after a run has gone through.

If I knew more about Kaseya I might be able to figure it out, but I couldn't find out too much looking at their website.
