Windows 8 Bug

Not sure if this a bug with Windows 8 or with MBAM, but the Taskbar icon seems to be changing to a blank icon. I've seen it happen on one other program so far but that's it.

Disclaimer: Have not tried Win8. Have NO idea if the fix will work on this beta OS.

I think this "generic icon" thing has been around in Windows at least since Vista (and certainly in Win7)?

I've seen it once or twice myself a long while back (with MBAM icon and 1 or two others) and resolved it with the fix suggested at sevenforums.com:

And, as AdvancedSetup aptly pointed out, it's a bit "moot", so long as Win8 is only beta.
