Fake bluescreen when I try to start Malwarebyte

Recommended Posts

I have a computer that has the Anit-Virus 360 malware on it, and possibly other problems- but I can not get any scanners to run.

Here is what I have tried:

Removed the drive and connected it to a different computer through a USB interface, and ran an AVG, AdAware, Malwarebyte, and other scans on the drive- found a few things.... but it didn't help any.

When I start the computer in safe mode- I simply can not start the Malwarebyte scan. When I start the computer normally, I get a fake bluescreen memory dump and it reboots.

I have tried running as admin, I have uninstalled TDSSserv.sys from the non plug and play devices and reinstalled Anti-Malware after renaming the .exe file.....

It seems like whatever the problem is, it doesn't load until a few minuets after the computer boots. I can run HJT as soon as the pc boots, but it doesn't find any problems. If I wait and try to run HJT 3 min. after boot, I get the fake bluescreen and it restarts

Any suggestions?

Thank you for any help.
