Alright, fix off to start I tried multiple times with my internet disconnected and Norton Disabled to run dds.scr. I got it to download and it was running fine, and I left it run for around 10 minutes and it stayed at the same spot all times I tried and froze up my computer in the process. So I am terribly sorry if that makes things 100x harder.

But here are my symptoms here, to start off with the past few days I was unable to turn off my computer correctly. I would get a "End sysfader" message, I would end the task but it would pop up infintately and I would be forced to shut down the spikebar. So I hit the internet and look for ways to stop it, I disabled 3rd party brower extensions and it fixed it for a few hours. Then I went to shut it down later and i got an infite "End iexplorer" message which remains to be fixed at the moment.

Okay and starting today I realized that in my history there were websites that I was clearely not going to and no one in my house was. I would delete it and watch websites such as "open.fastlah" in my history. So I figured I was infected, so I went into MalwareBytes and went to quick scan. It closed immediately no error message nothing, try again, same results. So I went online to try and find alternatives, I tried running all MalwareBytes camelions. They would run attempt to update, and the update would close instantly, same with the quickscan at the end of all of them. Then I tried doing the RKILL to allow MalwareBytes to run correctly, still no luck(none of them worked). However I can re-install MalwareBytes just fine but I get a message "65 days since last update" I click update now and it shuts down no error message.

Other than that my computer is running fine, internet isn't slow nothing but I know Malware isn't something to turn a blind eye to so I want it resolved.

That is about as much info as I can tell you at the present time, I am not really super computer savy but I do learn quick and I got time. Please help me out,

-NateS

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
