Need to remove svchost.exe trojan on Windows 7!

Recommended Posts

I've searched the web and can't find the exact help I need. I have malwarebytes installed and McAfee. McAfee doesn't catch it at all. Malwarebytes does and says its removed and doesn't do anything. I first noticed my computer acting funny when it wouldn't allow me to go to google.com it was also going to a different website everytime I clicked something. It doesn't do that anymore but I still can't go to google. It also spread to my desktop and blackberry but not my iPhone.

I tried manually deleting it in safe mode and it just kept telling me "access denied". I've downloaded spybot and ComboFix both and I'm running those now. I used Windows Malicious software and it says its deleted some of the file but I need to run an anti virus software to fix it. My computer also gets black and has a small blue screen pop up saying that it needs to reboot to avoid damage and says its "dumping files" and then reboots. It doesn't do this as much as it used to but its annoying. I've used system restore and even returned the laptop to factory settings and cleared everything twice and nothing. When I turn my laptop on most times it does not go to the Windows screen and load it goes to a different screen and says its trying to fix itself so it can start up and then of course it says it can't fix the problem!

I'm in safe mode right now and using spybot but it wouldn't let me use combofix my computer keeps rebooting when I use malware software. So im disconnected from the Internet atm.

Logs will be closed if you haven't replied within 3 days

Please don't attach the scans / logs for these tools, use "copy/paste".

DO NOT use any TOOLS such as Combofix or HijackThis fixes without supervision.

Doing so could make your pc inoperatible and could require a full reinstall of your OS, losing all your programs and data.

Please run a new MBAM scan being sure to update before scanning.

Post the scan results

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.

Please don't attach the scans / logs, use "copy/paste".
