Scans not finding any problems

Recommended Posts

Merged post

I have some sort of virus or malware that redirects my browsers everytime I try to use Google. I have looked it up and read a bunch of different articles about it but I can't find any solid information about how to fix it. I have ran this program and norton and neither of them found anything wrong. Please help me, and bare with me because I'm not advanced with computers and didn't understand most of the advice I read.

Does anyone have any ideas that would help?

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
