Recent trojan discovered by Malwarebytes Anti-malware

Hi,

First, let me thank the makers! You saved me again. this Trojan got through a purchased full version of AVG, AVG firewall, a hardware firewall, plus Spybot. When running these to try and track why Google had blocked the affected website, they found nothing. However, my suspicions led me to bring out the heavy duty tool, Anti-Malware :D

I just wanted to check if you had any more information on what this was, and if I need to do anything more to ensure I have a 100% virus and trojan free system right now. I didn't understand what the bad (x) good (x) was for.

The log-file was as follows:
