My HJT and MBAM logs

So, I had a problem with my home computer, and folks here fixed it up for me. Now, I am having an issue with my work computer. I did start getting the fake virus alerts, some time last week, but I downloaded and ran MBAM and I thought everything was fixed. Now I am having a problem opening and using the add/remove program feature on my computer. It takes over 5 minutes to populate the list of programs, and when I try to uninstall something, I get an error message. Is it possible that my machine still has something on it? Here are my logs:

Well before we proceed let me caution and ask you this. Normally most Companies forbid users from working on and repairing such issues on a computer and they either have internal or external sources that repair issues for them. Some even have a clause that could allow them to let you go for doing such work. I certainly would not like this to happen to anyone so that's why I ask fist before proceeding.

Save these NameServer records as you may need to put them back if they get removed during this cleanup process:

NameServer = 10.41.0.12,10.41.0.2,10.41.0.98

Domain = Safety.City.Cleveland.OH.US

From within IE please go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced and click on the RESET button.

With all other applications closed (Taskbar empty), open HijackThis again

and run Do a system scan only and place a check mark on the following items.

• O2 - BHO: AcroIEHelperStub - {18DF081C-E8AD-4283-A596-FA578C2EBDC3} - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Acrobat\ActiveX\AcroIEHelperShim.dll
  
• O2 - BHO: RealPlayer Download and Record Plugin for Internet Explorer - {3049C3E9-B461-4BC5-8870-4C09146192CA} - C:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayer\rpbrowserrecordplugin.dll
