Hi,

I just renewed and did a scan of my computer and the scan showed one threat: calmain.exe in c:\program files\canon\cal. Before I have Webroot get rid of this, I wanted to make sure it wasn't really software from my canon camera that I connect to my computer from time to time. How can I be sure? (By the way, this is the 1st time I have been in a forum - I hope I am in the right one.)

Thanks, Odie

Click browse and navigate to the file in question and upload. If the scan result shows 1 or 2 positive detections this may just be a false detection and the file may be clean. Conversely no detection at all doesn't mean the file is safe. At this stage it should give you a better idea of how to proceed.
