Today, Microsoft has posted up a new entry on its Windows blog site that offers up some tips and tricks with using Windows 8. Haleo Posted March 14, 2012 ID:534710 Share Posted March 14, 2012 I have used the Windows 8 preview and I must say it does not appear to be designed for a desktop at all. More likely it was designed for a touchscreen. The no Start button was a HUGE turn off to me when I went to use it. That and trying to find a way to power down the machine seemed to be a huge mystery for so I cannot image what it will be like for the common user.
