Malwarebytes blocking malicious IP addresses

I have attached the two reports that the dds produced. I clearly have something on my computer but I am unable to locate it through scans. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Please go to your control panels add/remove programs and uninstall these:

BFlix Toolbar

Conduit Engine

-----------------------------------------

Please remove any usb or external drives from the computer before you run this scan!

Please download and run RogueKiller.

Click Scan to scan the system (don't run any other options)

Post back the report.
