Why is http://193.160.33.90/ (www.blogtv.com) being blocked by the protection module?

Why is the protection module suddenly (from about 17.00GMT) blocking a website (www.blogtv.com) it is not malicious, and is perfectly safe, it wont even allow me to ignore it, it still wont access the website, the only way to make it work is to disable everything on malwarebytes... i use the website 24/7 i did notify malwarebytes and blogtv by email, blogtv say they are looking into it. but why the block?
