Can't auto startup and blue screen

Normally the software can startup with windows 7, but recently it can't and got "error code 2". Also my computer got blue screen when startup. Looks like it doesn't work well with the Mcafee antivirus?

I checked there, I am very confused. I can't find where is Access Protection in mcafee console.

You did not state your McAfee product version (other than mention of antivirus). Knowing the actual name & version number is key information.

Also, did you check McAfee support to find out where & how to tweak McAfee trust exclusions? https://community.mc....com/index.jspa

BTW, MBAM is a delayed startup item when Windows starts up. There will be a bit of lag time before it shows up in task bar when Windows starts.

P.S. IF your system is getting a blue BSOD, it is likewise very important to jot down & know what the actual STOP code is, along with pertinent details shown with it.

This may not be exactly your version of McAfee but it may help lead you in the right direction...

Set Exclusions for Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware in McAfee Total Protection 2011 on 32 bit Windows Versions:

1. 
   
2. Open McAfee and click on Navigation in the upper right hand corner.
   
3. Click on Firewall located under Features.
   
4. Click on Program Permissions and wait for the list to populate.
   
5. Click the Add button and then click browser.
   
6. Add the following files to the firewall with full access:
   Note: On 64 bit Windows versions these files will be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
   
   • 
     
   • C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe
     
   • C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe

[*]Close the McAfee main window and restart your computer.

• Open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and click on the Ignore List tab
  
• Click the Add button on the lower left
  
• In the small browse window that opens, navigate to C:\Program Files and click once on McAfee and click OK.
  
• Click the Add button on the lower left
  
• In the small browse window that opens, navigate to C:\Program Files and click once on McAfee.com and click OK.
  Note: For 64 bit Windows versions these folders will be in C:\Program Files (x86)
  
• Close Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
