Can MBAM require rebooting the computer after installation? If so, does it always tell if it needs one?I am asking so because suppose if I install MBAM and if it requires a reboot and after that I install another program which requires a reboot too, can there be a conflict?

Yes, it will let you know if a reboot is required after installation. While generally this will not conflict if installing another software which also requires a reboot after installation, it is generally a best practice to install such programs separately so that they each have their own reboot, but that's simply in case something does go wrong or there is an issue with one of the new softwares that you installed so that you can isolate the issue to one software or the other. In most cases, you should be just fine.
