neolithic Posted February 17, 2012 ID:527764 Share Posted February 17, 2012 Hi all, first post so hope i've started this thread in the right section.Thing is, my 14 day trial isn't expiring, it's stuck on 13 days remaining, and has been now for 3 or 4 days.Now whilst i'd love to close my eyes to this and keep on receiving something i haven't paid for, i think it's only right to report this to you.It's updatng fine, blocking sites etc, just as it should, but the countdown isn't working. We thought it was just an error but she recently visited a bad website and much to her surprise she got a notification that malwarebytes blocked it even though her trial was supposed to end a month ago.In addition, we tried a clean install, but that didn't do anything and the issue still remains.
