Malwarebytes runs hard and stays stuck

HELLO! I do not know if there is a problem, but since I have Windows 7, Malwarebytes (1.60) works very hard and remains stuck. I did a full scanning with Avira Internet Security because I thought there a virus, but did not find anything. There is no question of resources laptop that has enough to go a decent scan. The problem apperars if I use a portable version. Please help!

The problem apperars if I use a portable version.

There is no official portable version of Malwarebytes. We do not support this and these problems can arise running it from portable.

If you disable avira does the problem go away?

Or you still have the problem with avira disabled?

Also you have malwarebytes in the startup keys but yet no processes running? Are you sure you still arent trying to run the portable version?

Please follow the instuctions here to run a clean reinstall. After that install only an approved version. If you still have another issue please post back and we will take another look.
