Malware on Exchange Server

Hi Everyone,

I have a server running 2003 32 bit and Exchange 2003. I have searched the forums but cant find another case like this that was on a server and therefore cannot use Combofix. Exchange mysteriously allowed relay to 25 or so IP addresses. I removed these entries but Malwarebytes is still blocking outgoing IP addresses ever 2-3 seconds. I have run a Quick Scan and the log is below. Can you help?
