usb command line scanner version?

Is there a command line only version that will run from USB? I would like to see about adding this to my USB toolkit and if it works getting a license for work use as well.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware not only does not come in a command-line version, but it will not work properly running from a USB.

MBAM relies on drivers that are installed by it's installer, and if you do not install MBAM on a computer you intend on running it on, you cripple it's detection and removal capabilities.
