"Outgoing IP blocked - Application: firefox.exe"

Hi folks, hope you can be of some assistance here!

For some reason, recently I started getting these messages from MWB about outgoing IP address(es) being blocked. As far as I know, it's all been while viewing a motorcycle forum known as GSTwins.com - I spoke to the owner about it and he says there's no malware on their end. Is it possible that this is benign? Another thing I should mention is that I looked at the MWB logs and I noticed that "IP Protection" keeps starting and stopping over and over again. What's that about?

I found a similar thread that's since been closed on here, and I followed what the person had suggested which was to run ESET's scanner. It found 5 things relating to Java - I cannot recall at the moment what they were but nonetheless they were removed promptly. IIRC the issue had to do with HTC driver (my cellphone which, don't tell my carrier, I rooted long, long ago).

Now, I'm still getting outgoing IP blocks from MWB. What gives here? Another scan with Windows Security Essentials, MWB, TDSSKILLER, and ESET NOD32 all came up clear.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
