Computer crases within 7 minutes of start-up. Then, sometimes crases within another 10 minutes. Then never thereafter. Dell thinks it has to do from an update from Microsoft Essentials.

Also, Dell says you can't have Malwarebytes running at the same time as Microsoft Essentials.

Hello and :welcome:

Being that this is a Dell computer, Reboot it and hit the F12 Key and then choose to run a Diagnostics on your computer. Let us know if anything fails.

I know for a fact that you can run Malwarebytes along side with Microsoft Security Essentials, as I install this combination 100's of times and have not had any issues.

You can enter exceptions as stated in Section I in our FAQ HERE to avoid any potential conflicts, but I yet to see any.
