We cannot review scan logs or work on malware detection/removal in this section of the forums.

If your computer is very slow and you don't think you are infected, please have a look at this excellent tutorial, Slow PC? - Start here.

(One thing that caught my eye on your log is that you seem to be running 2 AV products (AVG and Lavasoft)? If so, that could certainly be slowing things down.)

OTOH, if you think you might be infected, then please print out, read and carefully follow the instructions in the I'm infected - What do I do now? tutorial.

Then please start a new topic in the Malware Removal sub-forum. An authorized, expert helper will provide free, one-on-one diagnostic and cleaning assistance.
