slybo Posted January 28, 2012 ID:521434 Share Posted January 28, 2012 There does seem to be a problem. I have two computers with windows 7 that use the free version that manually updated ok. But I have a vista that I have the pay pro version on. Yesterday morning it updated ok. I just turn on that computer for the first time since yesterday and it did not update as normal in the first 3 minutes, in fact not at all for about 15 minutes. So I did some other things and restarted the computer several times and about the 4 fourth time it updated within 3 minutes. So there must be something going on. Glad to know I was not the only one. KenW Posted January 30, 2012 Author ID:521716 Share Posted January 30, 2012 Thanks for the 15 minute udate info. I did have a problem with my Asus netbook. Asus update was blocking MB updates. No clue as to why. Also, Perfectdisk 12.5 was screwing was 'run idle tasks' and prefetch would not update every three days. Have to wait 2 more days to see if the option change I made cured it..
