malwerebytes keeps on blocking access to malicious site

I am constantly (every few seconds) getting messages saying "Malwarebytes anti-malware successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website: 83.133.120.187...etc"

This is the log from my last full scan, I haven't done a new one since the last one took over 9 hours. I have also ran McAffee Interenet Security antivirus and it removed one threat.

On new quick scans both appear to find nothing

It says it removed some threats but still the Successfully blocked access to malicious website messages keeps appearing
