Hidden Malware?

I have Malwarebytes, Spybot, and webroot telling me that the computer has no malware. But using explorer, random windows open and are sometimes blocked. Occasionally, entering a website specifically in the address bar (wikipedia for example) goes somewhere else entirely. Turned off computer for a full week (it is the computer the family shares in the family room) and then ran updates to see if any updates could find the malware. All three still come clean and two times the computer spontaneously shut down and restarted. Help would be appreciated!
