Please Help

I'm trying to fix a computer, it seems to have a virus or some kind of malware but I have no idea when it came in or what it is. It hijacked the antivirus we had and any attempts to install new anti viruses are met with messages saying an error has occured or something similar. I was only able to install Malware Bytes through safe mode as after trying to fix the problem with other software it stopped me from accessing the internet altogether.

I have managed to run Malware Bytes now but it's showing no threats which can't be true as there's definitely something on here. Please can you help, thank you.
