I was trying to delete my maleware. I went into add and remove and removed it ( I thought ). I did a search to see if it was gone and it is still in my computer. I tried to delete it but a message comes up,

Error deleting file or folder cannot delete mbamnext. Accest is denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and the file is not in current use.

Search tells me it is in my program files. I went there clicked on it but still cannot delete it. I have windows XP and I have avast antivirus in my computer. DOLORES

Please do the following:

• Download and run mbam-clean.exe from here
  
• It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so very important
  

Once you restart your computer, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and all of its files should be gone.
