Ok its happened 2x now so i ll guess theirs a problem. Didn t think much of it till it just happened again so hoping for some help here. For the 2nd time over the past week i got the pop up error " Windows has encountered a critical problem and needs to shutdown please save your work " ! ?

The pc then shuts down and then restarts a couple of minutes later ! !

Using Malwearbytes and Cclearer and Superanti spywear along with Avira virus scanner.

Using vista HP 32 bit with ie 7.0 if that helps.

So whats this error all about and how do i fix whatever this problem is ? ?

Thanks need the help . .

stick with the person assigned to your case over in the malware removal section .

they will ask you for pertinent information as your case evolves .

do not make any changes to your comp unless told to do so by the expert assigned to you .

once you are given the "all clear" , then you can ask questions related to your comp in this section as needed .
