MBAM Mini Dump - Process Explorer

Instructed by MBAM Tech to use process explorer to create Mini Dump of

mbam.exe under Chameleon. Received error "Error opening process - access denied"

Is this due to mbam security ?

Other processes can take mini dump. -

Logon has Admin Priveleges.
