Computer REALLY MESSED UP

So my computer is really f'd the problems are sometimes it gets the blue screen of death now I cant use the internet on it. I tried scanning with malwarebyte and its saying my computer is clean which is driving me kinda crazy. I finally decided to quit trying to solve the problem on my own. DO NOT use any TOOLS such as Combofix or HijackThis fixes without supervision.

Doing so could make your pc inoperatible and could require a full reinstall of your OS, losing all your programs and data.

Please run a new MBAM scan being sure to update before scanning.
