Hello Malwarebytesforum people!

I've been downloading some stuff over the internet (steam stuff for all-games list to enable so I can download games). When I downloaded and opened the file, it disappeared. I started to panic. When I pressed CTRL+ALT+DELETE it said Task manager blocked by the administrator. It was the key in registry. I fixed that and later I scanned my whole c:\ with 'Malwarebytes' 13 day trial. It cleaned all of that viruses and trojans. From when I installed and started the program it started popping out an attack all over and over again. Here's the info:

2012/01/18 00:00:30 +0100 A-C02383C2A9AB4 a IP-BLOCK <--- about 200 of them more in the notepad. When I had my Malwarebytes off it was popping up: 'Run' 'Close', like when you open the .exe file a warning comes. Yeah that warning. Please help me! Is this problem serious?! Also when I start my PC on explorer.exe or whatever starts slowly. You can only see the background, you have to wait about a minute for it to start. Taskbar, icons and that. Please help!!
