Got tricked by YOUTUBESTUDIOPRO.com

Hi there,

So this happened on Saturday, while I was watching an online video when I got an alert asking me to download Win7 Security 2012 (Youtubestudiopro.com) as my computer was infected. It blocked access to internet, so in the spur of the moment I made a transcation. I realized towards the end that this was a scam and that I got tricked. Called my CC company and got the card cancelled, but don't know if I will be getting my money back Since then I installed Malware antivurs program and ran scans which found trojans and were deleted. But I still get redirected to sites especially when I am using google. I haven't used my computer for anything else other than getting to school info/course material and searching google for research that I have to do.

Please advise on what to do?

Sorry for delayed response. Forums have been really busy. If you still need help with this do following, please.

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.

Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds file to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  1. DDS.txt
     
  2. Attach.txt
     

  [*]Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
