pum.hijack.startmenu always there after removal

Recommended Posts

Hi,

This virus showed up yesterday, and after downloading and running Malwarebytes in Safe Mode, pum.hijack.startmenu usually reported twice is picked up, but even after I remove it and go back to "normal" mode, the screen is still black, and there are a bunch of pop up warnings. The DDS report is below, and all help/support is welcomed and much appreciated :)

============= FINISH: 9:16:20.17 ===============

Ran a couple of scans, cleaned up some folders, and uninstalled/reinstalled some programs. Computer seems to be running fine again, though I'm not entirely sure if I've actually rooted out and destroyed the bug or if this is just a temporary fix
