is my hjt log ok?

Hello, I'd appreciate anyone's help in looking at my hjt log. Using AVG free, lavasoft's Ad-aware, and Malwarebytes I think I got rid of spyguard2008 and maybe some other malware and or viruses I had. Does this log look clean or do I need to do further cleaning? Thanks. I've attached the log as a file and also it directly into this message.
