Buying pro now but not activating till next year

After seeing how great your product was at fixing a serious infection on my son's laptop, I will be buying your lifetime Pro version.

My concern is that my current malware program still has 260 days left before I have to renew.

There are great deals right now on Pro right now...can I buy it now and hold till next year before installing and activating without any problems?

Almost forgot...it says one time charge for lifetime protection.

What if I upgrade from one windows platform to another ( I currently am using XP pro but decide to move to Win7 or Win8) will the lifetime protection move to each new OS in the future also?

You can buy it now and install it when you need it. It is a life time license for one computer, however you can transfer it from one computer to a new one if you replace the old one.

You mention you have 260 days left on your current protect, what product is that, is that your Antivirus software?

No it is my malware software...

I have a separate anti virus program as well that I have used for years. I have not been very happy with my malware software...it seems to slow things down and, although it seems to protect me just fine, it has had several glitches over the years that have been frustrating to fix.

BTW, does your product protect against rootkits too?

OK I just wanted to make sure you also had an antivirus software installed, cause Malwarebytes is not an antivirus program. With Malwarebytes Web Blocker feature you will be quite protected. Please see posts above by noknojon above and it should give you a good idea as to what it blocks....

Malwarebytes does not scan emails. However, Malwarebytes Realtime Protection will always be scanning for known malicious executables. Even when reading your emails.
