I don't know the meaning of what Malwarebytes is finding on my computer

Guys, I keep getting these results after a deep scan. I don't know if it is an infection of some kind or what. Does anyone have any insight into my probelm? Is it something serious and what do I do to correct it. I have tried removing it and it reappears on the next scan. Thanks in advance.

You have excerpted the content to a point where its harder to interpret but from the looks of it, MBAM is indicating that the File Associations and/or how a files are treated by the Operating System for *.SCR and *.REG files has been modified in the Registry. Those types of files may not work as intended and the modifications need to be corrected.

It appears to be the 2 detections that show up when running IOLO products. Please refer to item #18 of our FAQ.

It's best to add these 2 items to your ignore list in Malwarebytes or to change the setting in your IOLO product to make it stop setting these associations to non-default settings.
