exile360 Posted January 28, 2009 ID:51364 Share Posted January 28, 2009 I've seen users using both without issue, just make sure to add MBAM to KIS's trusted apps zone under threats and exclusions in the KIS settings. This will prevent KIS from scanning MBAM's process, so when they're both active it won't slow the system and should avoid conflicts. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

MBAM goes to trusted applications group, true, however I'd go as far as adding full exclusions to MBAM-related executables in Application Filtering. This in effect adds MBAM to Trusted zone, making sure KIS allows MBAM to do its stuff w/o any interference (especially if running KIS in Interactive mode).Trusted programs group is NOT the same as Trusted zone.
