can someone help me get rid of this svchost agent trojan thing

Malwarebytes keeps blocking access to websites and when I run scans it detects the svchost agent. But it cannot remove the threat. It is causing all kinds of problems on my pc and it disables my virus scan and such. I also cannot get my pc to reboot. It will boot but I can't click on reboot and have it restart. I also cannot get it to boot into safe mode to try to remove it that way. Please help I have spent about 12 hours trying to fix this.
