Vista Antispyware 2012 trouble

Hello MB forum members,

Recently a computer in our small office was infected with the "Vista Antispyware 2012" and no longer connects to the internet or server. I have been reading up on the malware and it seems to screw with network drivers and settings.

I used Malwarebytes and AVG which did seem to remove the popup component of the virus. The only problem now is the lack of network connectivity. I will post a DDS log, let me know what you think. Thanks in advance!
