MBAM blocking svchost.exe connection to 178.238.233.153

I saw a recent post that seemed to address this same issue. However, I was wary of following that advice for fear of doing something I couldn't fix. I appreciate any help I can get.

As background, about a week or so, I began having problems with the "Win 7 home security 2012" malware. I thought I got rid of it, but apparently not. Yesterday, my computer shut down with some hard disk drive failure warning. I rebooted in safe mode and removed what I could. I used MBAM pro and, while the problem seems contained, I'm getting messages that MBAM is blocking svchost.exe connection to "178.238.233.153".

Looking for help. Perusing this site I'm seeing this is not an uncommon problem. It's so hard to prescribe a one-size-fits-all solution, but is there anything that, generally, should be tried first by anyone experiencing this? (Beyond simply downloading and running MBAM). Again, thanks for any help.

In the future, please post all logs directly into your reply instead of attaching them unless otherwise indicated. With that said, please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, run DDS again and post DDS.txt directly in your reply.
